algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hallo to all of you who are reading this!

I am using the definition below to construct an object ot of metaballs.

I have several problems that drive me insane:

---- how can I turn the result into a mesh or surface?

---- when I bake the curves in rhino, there are like 2-8 duplicates, but since 'SelDup' doesn't work, I assume they have some small differences between each other. Or I'm wrong? How can I avoid duplicates?

---- how can I "round up" the closed curves, compiled from the definition, so the result (mesh, surface) would not appear with an uneven texture. (scrnsht.png)

I am also attaching an example image of what I wan't to achieve as a mesh/surface.

Can someone PLEASE help? I am about to go crazy soon.

try this, with this you can turn any curve into a mesh.
