algorithmic modeling for Rhino

I'm wondering if there is a component for reparameterizing surfaces and/or curves. I know you can right-click to do this, but it is nice to see it on the canvas. Like with the flatten option, I always put a flatten component on the canvas instead, just because its easier to read the definition and debug.

Thanks!

Hi Chris,

not yet, but I suppose it would make sense. After all, people might want to reparameterize to a domain other than [0, 1], just like they might want to flatten to a path other than {0}.

i've been looking around for this! how can you reparameterize a list of values to a domain of 0 to 1?
The component is called 'Remap Numbers' You can find it Math>Domain>Remap Numbers.
hm guess it doesn't exist in the 0.6.0059 version! time for an update!
I sometimes use a curve/surface parameter as the placeholder for such purpose -- yes, explicit design thinking is what GH is good at.
As Luis noted, remap numbers does exactly this, and that's exactly why I asked for such a component a while ago. Though I often wish that the reparameterize option was the default, as it is rare that I don't reparameterize intervals.
I'd second that wish for reparameterize to be on as default. I can't think of a time I've needed to evaluate a uv point on a surface without reparametrizing first.
