Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hello guys,

I've been trying to generate an elastic fabric and the holes produced under stretching it. I have attached the code I worked so far. Unfortunately it doesn't behave as I exprected.

What I'm trying to achieve is the image below.

Any ideas of how to do this?

Thank you in advance,

Ifigenia

Hello again ifigenia,

see you moved into another project..

fabric stretching ect ect all call for particle spring simulation ---> kangaroo

try to replicate the attached. You need to fit in your own needs.

its pretty close to the second image..and it starts a box.

ps. you don't need multiple point attractors from Nudibranch you can have all the points in one PointAttractor component..

best,

M.

Hello Marios and thank you again for your help!

Yes, I finally moved forward. I will give it a try and I will let you know about any updates!

Thanks a lot for helping.

I appreciate it.

Hi I've just started using Grasshopper and Kangaroo. I have been recreating your system here but I am unable to plug multiple inputs into the Kangaroo force objects. Could you help me out? Also what is the blank tab below the Kangaroo with the dotted line?

Many thanks,

Will.
