It's simple.
I Create polygon and explode that. next step create rectangle with that curve.
then merge polygon and rectangles and move them on x and y vector.
so i explode all of them and create Attractor point .
then make poly line with Attractor point and exploded vertex.

I used Autodesk Algor simulation then.
but you can link "kangaroo"'s wind now i think.
