I am referring to one post of yours in Feb 2016 related to how LB calculates SVF in comparison with Oke's formula. I found something weird in Oke's formula (sin^2(theta) + cos(theta) -1) / 2*cos(theta). This equation can be simplified to (1-cos(theta))/2 and SVF is simply cos(theta). So why he complicated the thing? or I'm missing something here! any comments or ideas.
