We have made a 3d model in Rhino with a grid. We want to send the file to the laser cutter and we don't know how to define precisely all the assembly cuts of each piece. And our problem is that the intersections are not in 90º.

Hi Taz, I saw this post http://fancywires.com/?p=499 about single line fonts. I made a font called Miso http://www.omkrets.se/typografi/ which is originally drawn as a single stroke. If you think it could be useful, I can send you those original drawings.
