Looking for a property management company

I own a few rental properties in the area, and managing them on my own has become increasingly difficult as my portfolio has grown. I’m considering hiring a property management company to help with tenant screening, maintenance, and rent collection, but I’m not sure how to find a reliable and experienced service. I’ve heard horror stories about management companies that don’t keep up with repairs or fail to communicate effectively with property owners. Has anyone here worked with a property management company they trust? What should I look for in a good property management service, and how involved should I expect to be once I hand over the reins? Any red flags to watch out for? I want to make sure my properties are well taken care of, but I also don’t want to spend a fortune on management fees.

I know firsthand how difficult it can be to manage multiple rental properties on your own. Especially if you combine it with your day job. I'm not a very organized person and it's hard for me to do multiple tasks at once. And in this process, you constantly need to find a balance between tenant screening, maintenance and rent collection, and everything else. But I found a way out of this situation by working with tustin property management. It is hard to find more qualified specialists on the market, because these guys are the best. They have a professional approach to everything: they select tenants, manage repairs and even provide me with monthly reports on everything that happens with the property. I'm sure they can help you too. Definitely check out their website if you're looking for a reliable, experienced management team to take some of the burden off your shoulders.
