I'm guessing here, but i bet that your userCustomEPLibrary.idf or OpenStudioMasterTemplate.idf are faulty. Can you check them? I would move them to another location (not in the LB_HB path), close GH and Rhino and open them again. That should cause to download those files again.

I did your suggestions but it doesn't work.Its better to reinstall HB and LB again and come back to you.
