mapping gps data problem

I try to draw gps data from 25 separate csv files from android mytracks app. I'm not sure if I understand mapping with "Geo to XYZ" component. The tracks looks distorted and rotated and do not match the city picture frame with bitmap inside rhino. I think I somehow pick badly reference points but right now I'm stuck and can't figure out what is wrong. I'd appreciate any help.
