Webcam Video Stream Error

Hi I am a novice to firefly.

Nevertheless, my camera is functioning properly on my laptop; however, when I load this component, I get no video. Any ideas? it seems to activate my camera as the light turns on, but nada. maybe there's a block or something like with the timer?

Hmm. That is strange. Do you have another application open that might already be using the web cam? You can try to disable/enable the webcam from the device manager and see if that helps.

I got same error , When start Grasshopper , Firefly throw an error : Webcam_videoStream error .

At present , My friend and I try the webcam , but only the one build-in his Laptop works , ( Win10 64bit + Rhino 5 32bit + Grasshopper 0.90076 + Firefly 1.0070 32bit )

I have tested fresh install Win7 32bit & 64bit & Win10 64bit with cheap USB webcam all not work ...

So I think it "choose" some kinds of usb webcam ...

Please let us know what model of USB webcam , it is 100% compatible ?
