beginner user problem - cant control servo

hello guys

im facing a problem with controling servo

i did a simple example ( attached below), and it is supposed that my servo should begin spinning, and i could change its motion with the slider. but i failed .. i dont know where is the problem

any help :)

i have another question :

when i finish writing the code in arduino , and to send it to firefly should i press only on uploading?? or there is something else to do ?

1. Install the Arduino drivers. Makes sure that you have selected the correct port for the Arduino, as explained in that tutorial (TOOLS/SERIALPORT). You should test the Arduino before ever opening Firefly in order to makes sure that your computer and your arduino can talk to each other.

In the file "beginningvo-1.pdf" the port "4" is just example .you should make sure selected the correct port! Test it..
