There was a radical change this month, and Grasshopper will only be released onto Rhino 5, with no version 4 support any more. I guess that means that from now one, additional grasshopper plugins will not require version 4 anymore.

Wait for Guilio's reply in any case, I might be wrong.

Grasshopper runs fine. And I succesfully installed other add-ons like lunchbox/ hoopsnake/ panelingtools. It looks that weaverbird is just checking on an active version of v4 for licensing reasons. Thnxs for your response.

Hi Rob

sorry, it took a minute as for some reason I did not get the update about this new thread.
Weaverbird's installer was created when only Rhino 4 was available as target, so it checks that you have Rhino (4) so it can see that Rhino is in a version compatible for it to run (I think it was SR7 back then? -- it would crash otherwise). Now it's possible to only have Rhino 5, so the installer needs to be updated for people in this situation. I am working on it.

As a workaround, for now you can get the non-admin rights version from here. Just follow the instructions, and it should work.
