What is this component ?

it's the Point Oriented component, in tab Vector > Point

If you "hover" the mouse over any component, the tooltip tells you what it is.

To find out where a component is from, hold CTRL/ALT and notice the blue circle with "i" at the mouse; then click and hold the mouse on a component.  An overlay appears showing the tab and item where the component is found.
