algorithmic modeling for Rhino
Wondering what the "xScale" and "yScale" Radiance Parameters do, which are reported by the Honeybee Radiance Rad parameters component.
They are not described as rtrace parameters, which is what i thought this HB component controls.
http://radsite.lbl.gov/radiance/man_html/rtrace.1.html
Discussion of them shows up here, but again no documentation for what these parameters adjust within the simulation.

Any guidance here for where to look to understand what these parameters are doing? Or for what appropriate values should be?
Thanks!

xScale and YScale are not radiance parameters. They are used in honeybee to scale up the size of the image for high-quality renders in case the user hasn't specified the size.
imageWidth = activeView.Width * xScale
imageHeight = activeView.Height * yScale
