weaverbird thickness explode for CNC not the best

Hi.

I have mesh geometries divided by triangles.

I want a thickness to this and then explode it, prepare it for CNC and assembly them by the edge.

Done it with weavebird. 

Problem is that the thickened edges are twisted and it's not a good solution for the cnc.

I don't think that weavebird is a solutuion for this. 

You have any other ideas for generating thickened triangles? 

- last image intersection between 1 and 2 is not a straight surface
