algorithmic modeling for Rhino
Hi I have two questions for you :
- how build a parabola like in my rhino file? that is to say with focus and a reference point.
- if you try my ghx you will a facets object, my problem is that I would like a surface and to make it I used a box brep...do you know if it's possible to use a rectangle?
Thank you

I've found a way to build my parabola with controled points. now I will adjust it.
But for my other question, no one have an answer?
Is it possible to make the same things that with my test.ghx but with rectangles and not with boxes?
Because I need a surface and not a volume.
Hope someone could help me ;)
I'm not sure what you mean when you say you need a surface and not a volume. Your first test.ghx shows a surface. Can you show a sample of what your surface should look like?
Chris
with quick look it's difficult to understant but that's good.
thank you ;)
I'm not sure to understand. in your ghx there are two differents methods? one with edges and one with an explosion of the box?
which one is better?
and what is the utility of int sliders?
if you can give me more details to really understand thank you.
