Trying to connect lines

Hi, i want to create something like this 

but when i try connect the points that i have made on my surface this happens, 

I realised that this may be because i have too much of a complicated list of points , so is there an easier way to create what i wanted on the grid? that i have already designed?

i have attatched the files

Hi, ive tried to apply this onto a biarc surface but it does not seem to be working, could you help me ?

Use Bi-Arc's "B" output, not A1, A2...

And why don't you check your offset direction and supply proper plane for each surface?
