Trimming Voronoi offset "pinches"

Hi all,

Sorry if this has been asked before, I'm struggling to find a solution.

I am using a Voronoi pattern as a base for an underlay on a seat I'm working on. I have managed to offset the pattern and trim off the "pinches" in the tighter corners. Thing is, the data list the trimmed sections are in are now separate from the others, making duplicates in some places.

Is there a way I can trim off these tight corner pieces while maintaining them on the same list as the other sections?
