If you have patience enough, you can use the attached and copy/paste + connect n groups.

Otherwise you will have to use scripting or Hoopsnake, it is  really an iterative problem.

WOW! The HOOPSNAKE is great!!! but it's new for me yet.

I was looking for this component, I think it's gonna be good solution for more similar iterative problems.

I start to use the Hoopsnake for surface unrolling.

Here is another problem. Is it possible easier way?
