Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

I feel like this should be easy, but I can't seem to find it, neither in GH, nor on the forum.  I've culled a tree (of points) according to certain constraints, now, I'd like to get these paths (designating a point) to retrieve items in the same path, on a different tree(in this case a list of points).  I haven't found a way to get a list of these paths, something like: [{0;1}, {0;3}, {1;2}, {1;3}] so I can get items on the same path from a different tree.

Am I missing something?

You can use the Param viewer and the Tree Statistics component to get lists of all the paths in a tree.

(Don't mind all the extra gunk in the image, I'm currently running a debug build of Grasshopper.)

Thanks David, i think that did it!

Hi Joel, I think you're looking for the Match Tree component, in Sets>Tree tab.

You can Also use " Tree Statistics " component it will give you all you need for trees.
