Teeth Script Not Working 100%

Hey everyone,

I'm making a panelised model for my degree by using teeth joints to put it all together. Because the form I am working with was too complex for square panels, I had to use triangles instead. I can get all the teeth to go around the subdivided squares but I can't get them to run through the middle where the squares have been split into two triangles.

As the image also shows, grasshopper is recognizing a wider plane than the surface it is being referenced from and I'm not sure how to get it to only recognise the surface its working from in rhino (can clarify if that doesn't make sense ^)
