Switch boolean toggle to true/false with increase/decrease in values

Hi all,

I'm trying to figure out how to create an if function that sets a boolean toggle to true when values are increasing and to false when values are decreasing, but am struggling.

The values being used are from a breath sensor so go up and down with the breath.

Trying to make a breathing tree!

Hi Sean, what would the resulting value be if the input is (hopefully temporary;)) stationary? ...
