algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hey guys, this is my 1st post ever, I always try my best to avoid re-asking the same questions, but I tried everything suggested here from flipping to shattering and nothing works, sweeping a closed curve in grasshopper seems like a challenge for a beginner, can someone please work their magic and suggest a solution here is a screen shot and the files:

I think this is more than you were looking for, but at the very least it should help to show how wonky [Sweep1] can be.  

The long answer to your question is for sweep to work your section curve should be located at the beginning of your rail curve. The direction of your rail curve matters so you may need to flip it. In some geometry configuations the miter option at kinks may cause sweep to break down (as opposed to the Rhino commend which gives you more control options).
