Surface thickness problem :(

Hello everybody,

I know I'm not alone to have an extrude surface problem. Unfortunately I couldn't find here any solution to my problem. Attached is an image with  surface i need to extrude, it has to be a structure ( maybe i am totally in a wrong way to do it:)) i tried to extrude it with surfaces normal, but have gaps between triangles. An excellent WB component doesn't work properly, it closes some internal triangles.

try offset surface, then loft the two surfaces together.

:( it s the same as extrude there are gaps between two different triangles.
