Subdivide surface with horizontal/vertical curves (not uv)

Hi,

I'm running into a problem with trying to panelize a double curved surface. I would like to subdivide it into horizontal and vertical panels (and NOT use the UV curves of the surface since they condense and expand with the surface curvature -- this will turn into curtain wall panels at a later date)

I found some related discussion on dividing a surface into even curves in the u/v directions. (Not exactly horizontal/vertical, but close, if someone knows how to divide them on horizontal and vertical planes that would be great!)...I set all the curves in both directions but I cannot figure out how to set the domain in a way that subdivide will use the curves to subdivide the surface. Below you see the curves I generated, however the subsurface is singular and I cannot get it to divide according to these curves.

Here is the surface, I would like to rationalize it into planar quads so it can be built.

Hi, Sarha.

If you can use panelingTools plug-in, you'll need only two components. Also, you can choose panel shapes.
