Subdivide a surface with triangular panels and select panels by rows or colums.

I have a definition , in which i subdivide a Surface in U andV, then i create an array of triangular panels.
The issue comes when i need to select rows or files of these triangular panels as a strip.

this is a really noob question , but since i have been into other stuff like python and rhinoscript, forgot a lot about GH. i need help to create a simple fabrication process for my students.

i hope you guys can help me. i´ve attached the def file. and an image.

this definition works but with static parameters. if i change the subdivitions, it all goes to hell.

thanks man , i haven´t use GH for a long time . and i was lost with this simple def. im teaching some basic grasshopper, and i want to show this as example.
