Spiraling equilateral triangle

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to create a triangle withing a triangle.Please see image below:

I've managed to create it, but it's not parametric. I can't control how many of those triangles i want. 

I would appreciate if someone could help me. I think it should be a simple change to the script but I can't make my head around it.

You will need Anemone to run the attached definition.

I've never used Anemone before so I didn't know how to create the loop.
