Region Union ignores one of the of the set of polygons at any tolerance

Hello Everyone,

I know there has been many questions related to this issue so I hope this one will enrich the discussion:

I have tried all the solutions suggested in the questions above with the file attached and have studied tolerance, and having boundary surfaces or polylines as input as shown in the image below.

Even in the best case scenario (0.00001), the Region Union is ignoring some polylines which should be considered. I cannot find the pattern defining which one is ignored.

hello,

at some point i gave up to region union and found a solution with clipper offset. So if using a plugin is not a problem

also if you use solid union with the boundary surfaces you already have and then merge faces also gets the job done, but really slow and usually works in simple cases likes this.
