Really Urgent - Creating surface out of Metaballs

Hi Everyone I have a great trouble in creating surface out of this meatballs ! kindly tell me a solution to create an outer shell using this metaballs. This is my thesis topic, I have done all the other works but stuck up with this problem

You almost certainly won't be able to fit a single nurbs surface through those sections, so you'll need to decide whether you'll settle for a mesh or whether you really need a set of nurbs patches.
