algorithmic modeling for Rhino

hi all!!
so many new tools ....i'm having a hard time learning so many new things and processing them....but its really fun.
i'm working on this project that basically requires  a GeoDome (thanks structdraw!) to be able to connect to  a new GeoDome by one of it's faces.....not difficult using the orient component.
The trick is that i would like them to "grow" in an l-system fashion.(rabbit)
I've spend a couple hours....and nothing is coming out yet.
I would appreciate some feedback.

I'd like to help, but I've no idea how to use Rabbit. If you need the definition of the geodesic dome output in any other format, I'm happy to help, but I can only suggest contacting Morphocode. Let me know if there's anything I can do.

hey Jon....thanks again for your reply...
well this is what i have at the moment.
i had to "list item" every segment of the dome in order to create planar surfaces on each face...i hope there is a shorter way.
then using the mirror component i generated a clone that fits into the original face.
it does work for 3 or 4 domes, but if i want to generate....say.....100....i will be complicated.
any suggestions???
besides, the ghx file is already 1mb, just having 3 domes!!!

I should be able to output dome surfaces as well as curves, I'll take a look and let you know.
Ok, if you download the latest version of StructDrawRhino from http://www.geometrygym.com/downloads, the updated Geodesic Dome component now takes a boolean input to determine whether to output curves or a brep (polysurface).

If you have existing models, you will have to replace any existing components with the new one to enable this input. Let me know if you see anything amiss, or if you've any other suggestions. If you need individual surfaces, simply explode the result (or you can use a scripting component to index into the faces).
