Problem when 'Baking'

Hi All,

I'm having an issue with the 'bake' command in grasshopper.  Everything looks perfect up to the point where i 'bake' the results.  When i do, all of the voids fill in with surfaces.  I've attached a file of the object before and after and a snapshot of my grasshopper window.  Any suggestions?
