Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi everyone!

I'm new to grasshopper and this is my first post. I hope it's in the right category.

I am currently working on script given to me by my university which we need to modify to create different iterations. It is not a very complex script, however for some reason mine is incredibly slow (200+ seconds to load). It was working well until I added an attractor point and now if I so much as click on a slider it stops responding.

I've trawled other discussions and all I was able to find was to move meshes to the origin but this hasn't helped me. I've also tried working on different computers, as I am working from bootcamp, but it was equally slow.

I've attached the Rhino and grasshopper file for anyone to have a look. It's a bit messy, so I apologise for that.

Thanks,

Drey

For each sphere centre, you're creating 17 identical spheres because you're supplying 17 radii. Is that on purpose?

I suspect that this is more what you're after. But I don't really know what the goal is so I may be wrong.
