Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hello,

I have a grid of points that I connect with lines in the vertical direction. How would I move the points such that the ones left of the attractor points move to the left and ones right of the attractor points move to the right. I have attached an image below to illustrate what I am trying to achieve and the gh. file i was working on.

Thank you for the help!

Horizontal only movement using multiple dispersers.

Thanks David,

How would I create the individual lines using this grid. The interpolate curve tool only works if I flatten the list of points but that creates a single line between all the points.

In that case you'll have to not flatten the points coming out of the grid component. And eventually collapse the tree back one level:

Could you please attach that last grasshopper file with the curves. I don't seem to be getting it right on my own.

Remember to NOT FLATTEN the P output from the Grid component at the other end of the file. That change is not visible in the screenshot.

Ahh I got it now. Thanks David!
