Karamba Gridshell Analysis

Hi all, I'm new to Karamba and I'm trying to do a simple analysis of the forces within the structure. I want to be able colorise the compressive and tensile forces to see which parts are under the most stress and need reinforcing.

So far I've only been able to visualise some deflection in the model ( with a multiplication of x0.00000001 for some reason??) but I haven't been able to get any feedback in the Beam View component.

I've been piecing things together from youtube videos and the Karmba manuel so I'm a total noob with this and I can't figure out what I've done wrong or missed??
