What about Rhino v5 64-bit?

I've not tested it in v5 64-bit, but I think once grasshopper 0.7.x becomes compatible with Rhino5 then so will Kangaroo.

I'm noticing that individually enabling/disabling the timer doesn't seem to work, only the global timer toggle - is anyone else having this problem?

Yes, I've been finding the same thing, and sometimes it seems to be the other way round - the global toggle doesn't work while the individual one does.
