algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Instructions needed!

Hello,

I am quite new with grasshopper. I want to do an animation like this one http://www.giuliopiacentino.com/component-wall/#more-418

My proposal is about having a small component on a surface/mesh that is capable of sensing the presence of people and light up when they pass by.

I currently have the surface I want my component to be attached onto . The question is how do I attach the component and how do I make the animation?

I am kind of lost. Any help/reply will be much appreciated! Thanks a lot!

The sensing I would handle with an attractor. An example of moving attractors you can see in the attached file. the logic would be the same.

Animate you can the slider (right mouse click-animate). There are plenty software programs that can make a video out of pictures.
