Input parameter failed to collect data?

Hi all, 

I'm running into a problem that I can't resolve. 

I'm trying to panelize a surface, but haven't been able to get past the first step of dividing the domain. 

The geometry i'm trying to panelize is generated from a a few surfaces that are joined together in case that offers any clues. 

I"ve attached the files as well as a screengrab of the message I'm getting in GH. 

Any input appreciated.
