algorithmic modeling for Rhino

how to get correct boolean results between a surface and a brep with hole

I want to get the so called the unbuilt area of ground surface for a group of courtyard buildings, which include both the ground surface around the building and that within the courtyards.

 

However, I can't get the correct result using the trim component which can't produce the surfaces within the courtyards.

May I which components I shall use to get the correct result?

The shape representing the unbuilt groupd surface I want to get is shown below, I wonder if there is a efficient way to get it without select the parts individually...
