How to get a generative algorithm for Master plan generation ?

Hello, Members Warm greetings! 

I have attached two images which generate the master plan using algorithms, but the images are not clear enough to manipulate the same! so kindly let me know about the scripting process for MASTER PLAN generation. I wanted to generate and fit the separate spaces to the whole site plan for a MARTIAN environment in my thesis

I can see two Operations made in this process

First is a network of connections made by (Voronoi cells)

next 

I see network density analysis using (2D Metaballs )
