How do i create a surface with "chimneys"

Hi, I am trying to create a structure that has "chimneys" at the top similar to this: 

I currently have a curved surface made up of a series of arcs and i want to implement these "chimneys" so that they are all one coherent surface (like the image below). Does anyone knows how to do this?
