Having problem dividing a lofted surface base on Polygon

The problem is that when lofting the two polygons you get a Brep instead of a surface. The Brep consists of several surfaces.

I can sugest two things that may or may not help you, but maybe someone else has a better solution.

1:

Use the Mesh Brep component and set the jagged seams to true. Doing this will with your loft create a quad mesh that you may be able to use further.

2:

Deconstruct your Brep and use the divide domain and isotrim on those.
