Grouping Meshs

Hi all!

Im struggling to group set of meshes together for some reason. I would have though it would have been quite a simple but I cant seem to find a clever way to do it.

The list of meshes has no structure so I need to work out from scratch which meshes are adjacent to which meshes to group / join them into three separate lists.

Any ideas?
