grasshopper not running!!

Hello ,i have rhinoceros 4 on windows vista, i installed grasshopper but when i try to run it  
i get the message that i need the version 4.0.30319 of .net framework installed, 
and then i get this message:  Rhino.NET:LoadPlugin - Unable to load Rhino.Net SDK DLL
 c:\Program Files\Rhinoceros 4.0\System\Rhino_DotNET.dll 
Unable to load GrasshopperPlugin.rhp plugin: Rhino version not specified.  



any idea of what can be wrong?

Hi Doc Oc,

have you tried installing .NET 4.0? Rhino5 requires .NET 4.0, but I cannot remember at the moment whether it makes sure it's installed or whether it only bitches about it. You can download .NET 4.0 from the microsoft website.

If you're running Grasshopper on Rhino4, then you need .NET 3.5 instead. You can install both 3.5 and 4.0 though, they don't conflict.
