Gradient selection no plug-ins

How can I select the panels by specifying color(gradient component), just get the selection of the panels to bake independiently with no plugins

I tested the bake attributes: http://www.giuliopiacentino.com/grasshopper-tools/#more-1033
But I want to know if possible with common components.

thank you so much! But is about coding not common components I'm a noob scripting i'm interesting in c# and python but not for now.
