Generating Vornoi diagram with cells of similar shape and area

Hello all,

Just wanted to figure out if theres any way you could control the area of cells in the vornoi diagram and hence form a tessellation pattern with 3-4 different shapes as shown in the example image.

Any help will be apprecieated.
