Firefly and arduino sketch

Andy,

I was wondering if it is possible to use the firefly as well as a sketch defined within arduino to run at the same time.

Basically, I am looking to run a simple arduino sketch as a serial write i believe to an Arduino Uno while using other compnents within firefly at the same time, the sketch is only using one pin and defining a number and color

I'm not sure I completely understand the question. Firefly is setup to work with the Firefly Firmata. Once that's uploaded to your board, you can have the Uno Write component stream data to a specific pin on your board. It's quite easy to control the color of a tri-color LED by sending a PWM value to that pin on the LED. Does this help?

Sorry Andy, I should have been more clear. I have the firefly firmata uploaded to the board currently. I am driving a series of servos based off of volume in the room. I am also trying to work with neopixel sketch that I have as an .ino I am having issues with getting the .ino file to be read as well.
