Finding Weather Files (.Wea) ??

Check out

http://apps1.eere.energy.gov/buildings/energyplus/weatherdata_about...

using ecotect you will have to convert from epw to wea file

the closest available files are from Kenya ...http://apps1.eere.energy.gov/buildings/energyplus/cfm/weather_data3...

I think you have to generate your own file, sorry
