No, only curves that are co-planar can be filleted. You'll need to create a blend or bi-arc if you want to round those kinks.

Actually in this particular case it probably is mathematically possible, since the curves on either side of the kink are fully symmetrical, but the fillet algorithm will not handle those corner cases. Your best bet is to create a bi-arc.

Biarc  has been  used. But I cannot the  fillet.
