extrusion beams won't connect?

hi everyone!

i tried to make a catenary arch using kangaroo and extruded the grid lines.

but it wont connect as you can see..

guys..i need help!

Hi Alan,

The Kangaroo's component "remove duplicate curves" has a bug. It seems you are not using a newest version of the Kangaroo. Instead of it, you can use the same components from Spider or Karamba plugins. Or simply install the latest Kangaroo version.

The last solution would be, not to use the "Square grid" component, and thus avoid having duplicate curves in the first place. I used this approach. See the new attached definition bellow.

For your profiles problem, the solution lies in the joining of curves and then generating profiles on them. It may not be perfect though as intersecting beams are breaking through the outer ones:
