Energy simulation errors

I'm facing the following errors while trying to run a basic energy simulation:

1. The simulation has not run correctly because of this severe error:
** Severe ** Weather Simulation requested, but no weather file attached.

2. The simulation has not run correctly because of this severe error:
** Severe ** GetNextEnvironment: Errors found in getting a new environment

The epw file is attached. What is GetNextEnvironment?

Hi Ashish,

You need to change the file path of Weather file . try to load the weather file a different path, It is better the weather file locate on drive C .

Hi Iris

you can try loading the weather file using the component "Open EPW + STAT weather file" and connect a panel with the weather file loaded from "http://www.ladybug.tools/epwmap/".

i think the problem will be solved

Hi Ashish,

It appears that E+ does not like spaces in the file path names, you epw file must therefore be located in a sequence of fodlers that do not have spaces:
